I have installed weblogic 14.1.1  in windows machine.
When stopping the war by force shutdown and again starting the war, unable to log in to the browser.  During stopping the war caches are not getting cleared and retaining the previous values. The static objects are not getting initialized during redeploying the war.
I want to know how to clear weblogic cache without rebooting server.
